Technical Recruiter/Account Manager Position
Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. established in 1992 is the leader in providing Caché, M (MUMPS) and Healthcare Information Technology professionals on a contract consulting and direct placement basis throughout the U.S.
Our expanding Wellesley, MA office is looking for a professional who has strong interpersonal skills, enjoys recruiting, account management and business development. The goal of this role is to expand our business within our existing customers, develop leads and new business within our niche. Will also locate, network and counsel information technology professionals within our M/Caché Technology and Healthcare I.T. industry. Will assist with responding to RFP's, have involvement in marketing and advertising efforts. This includes attending two 4 day annual industry conferences.
Must be self directed, creative, enjoy communicating on the phone and networking/sourcing around open positions to locate candidates. Must be confident, proactive, possess a high energy level and be highly motivated. This professional must have strong interpersonal skills, self starting and enjoy working on site in an office setting. If someone has worked in an account development and/or recruiting role they will be a strong candidate.
This position is unique and interesting because it involves permanent and contract recruiting and job order development nationwide. We need someone interested in a long term career who wants to build a network and really cares about their candidates and clients with a long term outlook, not just making a placement. Must be able to work independently as well as contribute successfully within a team oriented office environment. Must have worked in a professional office setting with a traditional 8-9 hour per day work schedule.
We provide hands on training and support for this role to optimize success and offer a very competitive salary, commission and benefit plan.
