Ken Wagner, President and Founder – 1992 to Present

Ken is the founder of the leading National Caché & Healthcare I.T. Contract and Direct Placement Firm. Created a highly specialized staff augmentation and direct hire company which specializes in the provision of Caché and M Technology Database computer professionals worldwide. Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. currently employs more than 60 technical professionals and has developed an extensive database of Caché and M technology contacts. Ken is responsible for Client Relationship Management; Business Development; Internal Business Operations; Training; Marketing; Company-wide Administrative Management.

Ken has worked in the professional services, staffing and human resources industries for 8 years prior to founding Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. in 1992. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Curry College.

Mary Pion, Principal Account Manager and Technical Recruiter – 2000 to Present

Mary is responsible for the identification and qualification of highly skilled technical professionals within the Caché, M/MUMPS and Healthcare I.T. industry both nationally and internationally. Works closely with prospective and current candidates to prepare and counsel on various contract and direct placement opportunities within our niche industry. Involved with extensive new business development and client relationship management of our long standing customers which include Software Vendors, Systems Integrators, Medical Providers, Insurers, Laboratories, Service Providers and Financial Institutions. Assists with numerous marketing efforts including trade shows, educational and training initiatives and Website management.

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Criminology from University of Miami.

Anne Steverman, Senior Account Manager and Technical Recruiter – 1995 to 2003, 2008 to Present

Anne is responsible for the identification and qualification of highly skilled technical professionals within the Caché, M/MUMPS and Healthcare I.T. industry both nationally and internationally. Works closely with prospective and current candidates to prepare and counsel on various contract and direct placement opportunities within our niche industry. Involved with extensive new business development and client relationship management of our long standing customers which include Software Vendors, Systems Integrators, Medical Providers, Insurers, Laboratories, Service Providers and Financial Institutions. Assists with numerous marketing efforts including trade shows, educational and training initiatives and Website management.
Anne has worked in the staffing and mortgage industries prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. full-time. Her responsibilities included loan closings, office expenses, HUD balances and assisting the Operations Department. She holds a degree in Business Management from Lasell College.

Lydia Borenstein, Account Manager/Technical Recruiter – 2010 to Present

Lydia is responsible for the identification and qualification of highly skilled technical professionals within the Caché, M/MUMPS and Healthcare I.T. industry both nationally and internationally. Works closely with prospective and current candidates to prepare and counsel on various contract and direct placement opportunities within our niche industry. Involved with extensive new business development and client relationship management of our long standing customers which include Software Vendors, Systems Integrators, Medical Providers, Insurers, Laboratories, Service Providers and Financial Institutions. Assists with numerous marketing efforts including trade shows, educational and training initiatives and Website management.

Lydia has worked in the staffing industry for 15 years prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. as a Branch Manager and Technical Recruiter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.

Joyce Habalow, Account Manager – 2011 to Present 

David Koplan, Business Development Manager – 2010 to Present

David is responsible for expanding business by reaching out to new and existing clients. Develops plans and strategies to grow current business. This includes overseeing relationships with Henry Elliott’s clients and expanding business within the existing customers. Responsible for developing leads and new business within our niche industry. Responds to RFP's and involved in the marketing and advertising efforts.

David has worked over 15 years as a relationship account manager within the Software Technology and Financial Services industry prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. David has worked in senior and leadership roles within business development with a focus on relationship building through customer satisfaction. David holds an MBA from Suffolk University School of Management and has a degree in Economics from University of Massachusetts.

Robbyn Toubekis, Controller/Operations Manager – 1998 to Present

Robbyn is responsible for the day-to-day financial, human resources and business operations for Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Responsible for the oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and financial functions and works closely with our accounting, legal and insurance providers for compliance. Responsible for vendor management/procurement functions. As primary human resources contact maintains the benefits and health insurance programs. Robbyn works closely with our account management, recruiting and technical employees on a daily operational basis.

Robbyn has worked in the software industry for 6 years prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Her responsiblities included managing AP, AR, Payroll, HR and benefit adminstration. She holds a degree in Finance from Northeastern University.

Laurie Moynihan, Office & Marketing Manager – 2009 to Present

Laurie is responsible for all day-to-day office management and marketing initiatives. Laurie manages the corporate operational office while supporting the technical consultants who assist our client companies. Assists our Consultants with their travel, relocation & provide I.T. Technical support. Works closely with our Controller and Operations Manager with AP, AR, and Payroll. Primary liaison to our I.T. Managed Services Provider assisting with all aspects of internal Information Technology. Works closely with vendors providing services and products to our office.

Laurie has worked in the staffing and software technology industries for more than 15 years prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Her responsibilities included office management, account management, customer and technical support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
